Bob Rewerts, Sr. – In 1989, Bob co-founded F&W Lawn Care and Landscaping with his son, Bobby Rewerts, Jr. He serves as President / Owner. Through the course of 20 years, Bob stays involved with direct marketing, bidding to commercial and residential customers, and overseeing landscaping and batwing mowing work. Prior to starting the company, he was a District Manager for Salerno Cookies. His hobbies include being an avid hunter, fishing, 4-wheeling and camping. He and his wife Renee, have 4 children and 11 grandchildren.

Bobby Rewerts, Jr. – Is our Vice President since co-founding F&W Lawn Care and Landscaping with his father, above, in 1989. He oversees the landscape division and handles general, business management of the organization. Bobby has an Associate’s Degree in Business Science with an emphasis on horticulture studies. He is certified as an Allan Block Wall Installer, and licensed as an IL Pesticide Commercial Applicator, IL State Irrigation Installer, Turf, Ornamental and Right-of-Way and Mauget Insecticide Tree Injection. Like his father, Bobby enjoys outdoor hobbies including hunting, fishing and boating. Bobby and his wife Kelli, have two children, Bobby and Lexi.

Jeffrey McGee – Jeff brings 20 years of expertise in his field as our Turf & Ornamental Division Manager. His main duties include handling the day-to-day operations of the lawn care and maintenance department including sales and customer service. He has an Associate’s Degree in Architectural Technologies with an emphasis on Project Management and Landscape Design. He is licensed in Turf, Ornamental, Right-of-Way, and Aquatic Pest Management. His hobbies include classic and custom cars, music and art.  He is married with two children.

Leon Boline – Leon’s position with our company has been as our Manager of Irrigation and Landscape Division since 2006. Prior to coming aboard F&W Lawn Care, Leon operated his own company, Boline Irrigation and Lawn Care in Osage Beach, MO (outside of St. Louis, MO). His hobbies include restoring old cars and fishing. Leon and his wife, Margo have one daughter, Lori.

Brian Gabrielse – Brian serves as our Sales and Project Manager of Landscaping. He mainly meets with our clients to consult over landscaping designs, bids and sells landscape and services and manages jobs in progress. He received an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture majoring in landscape design and turf management from Joliet Junior College. His hobbies include golfing, camping and hunting. He is recently engaged and planning a December 2010 wedding.

Terry Miller – Terry has been our Landscape Architect and Commercial Estimator since 2005. He is a state certified Landscape Architect and has been designing landscapes for over 15 years.  He is a graduate of Joliet Junior College with 5 Associates Degrees, all in the horticulture fields, and has senior status currently at Western Illinois University Distance Learning Center.  Terry measures jobsites, designs all landscape designs, locates and bids commercial projects.  His hobbies include fishing, hunting, woodwork, reading, cross stitching, Nascar and watching his son play soccer.  He and his wife Sandy have one son, Hunter. 

Tina Cozart – Tina started with F&W in July 2006 as our Office Manager. She oversees all administrative operations of the company including accounting, purchasing, billing, budgets, customer service, development and implementation of policies and procedures and collections. Prior to joining F&W, Tina was the Operations Manager for The Wilber Law Firm. Tina’s educational background is in Accounting and during her career, has worked with several companies on data conversions that contributes to her extensive knowledge of software systems. Tina’s family includes husband, Bob; daughters, Jessica, Christina and step-daughter Nicole along with 5 grandchildren.
