The Schneider family wanted to refresh and open up their plain, overgrown landscaping in the front of their house. Not only did the landscaping need an update but the path and steps to the stoop were uneven and hazardous.
F&W made a huge impact by removing old landscaping, installing new plantings and a rock bed, bricking a stylish path, and replacing the step and refacing the stoop with stone. Additional landscaping lights, drainage adjustment, and reseeded grassy areas completed the renovation.
Their beautiful brick home is now featured as it should be.
When asked how the project impacted their family, the homeowner said, “It’s made our house look completely different. Everyone who walks by compliments it. We used to not be out front at much because our sidewalk was awful but now we are out there all the time!”
The Schneider family is taking a phased approach to their outdoor living space, planning each step of their larger project to be completed over multiple years so that the final product will be exactly as they’ve dreamed it. They chose F&W because it is a family company that would collaborate with them on their vision.
